1Using the app without an account

• The Quran, adhkar, prayer times, qibla, and browsing and contributing to mosque needs all work without an account.
• The first time you use mosque needs, your device is registered with a random identifier generated by the app, along with general technical details (OS and version, device model, app version, language, time zone). This identifier is not tied to your name unless you create an account.

2Accounts and sign-in

• An account is optional. If you register with email, we store your name, email and password (hashed so it cannot be recovered).
• If you sign in with Google, we receive from Google your name, email address, profile photo and a stable account identifier. We verify the sign-in directly with Google; we never see your password or any other data in your Google account.
• If you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable identifier, your email (or a relay address if you choose to hide it) and your name if you choose to share it.
• We use this data only to create your account, sign you in, and show your name and photo inside the app.

3Mosque needs and contributions

• When you pledge to a mosque need, you enter a name and contact number so the mosque's admin can coordinate with you. Your number is shown only to that mosque's admins, never publicly.
• Your name appears in public contributor lists (such as “Givers”) only if you opt in, and you can change that at any time.
• When you ask to manage a mosque, we store what you submit (name, role, contact number, and any documents you upload for verification). Documents are seen only by our review team.
• Conversations between a contributor and a mosque admin are stored so both sides can read them.

4Device permissions

• Location: to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction. It is used on your device; we do not keep a history of your movements.
• Notifications: for adhan and adhkar reminders and updates on mosque needs you follow.
• Camera, photos and files: only when you choose to attach a photo or document.
• Contacts: only in features you turn on yourself, such as “Fajr Companions”.
• You can revoke any permission from your device settings at any time.

5Third-party services

• We use Google Firebase for notifications, remote configuration, crash reporting and aggregate usage analytics, and to run conversations.
• Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple are used only when you choose them.
• We do not share your data with anyone for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell it.

6Storage and security

• Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored on protected servers.
• We keep your account data while your account exists. Contribution records may remain after an account is deleted, without anything that identifies you, to keep mosque records accurate.

7Deleting your account and data

• You can sign out at any time from the “My account” page in the app.
• To delete your account permanently from inside the app: Settings → My account → “Delete account”. Your name, email, number and photo are erased at once, undelivered pledges are cancelled, mosque-admin requests and roles are withdrawn, and Sign in with Apple access is revoked if you used it.
• If you cannot reach the app, email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete account”; we complete requests within 30 days.
• If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also remove Tumaninah's access from your Google or Apple account settings.

8Children

• The app is suitable for all ages, but creating an account and managing a mosque are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9Changes to this policy

• We may update this page when we add features. The last-updated date is shown at the top, and we will tell you in the app about any material change.
